I'm not a mare person even though I grew up with the best little mare ever.
My chestnut is chromey. One leg is almost fully white (all the way up) and his back legs have stockings. Blaze face. And a couple other white spots and ticking b/c he's a paint.
My bay just has a sperm on his head.

I worked broodmares for years. Most dangerous horses in the barn. You develop patience and a calm voice and you gain an appreciation for how grumpy a woman can get for carrying a kid for almost a year. During breeding season they did not have to bring the teaser to my barn as I could get the mares going.

Rocking & rolling, and was absolutely flabbergasted when I talked to him last night and said we would go do some shopping for back to school this weekend. 
-No, it's still summer.
-Yeah bud...not for much longer.
-But you haven't been on summer break yet.
-Yeah bud, I don't get summer break. That's typically only for teachers and students.
-What about racecar drivers.
-No, remember we just went and saw them a few times this summer since you've been on break.

-Yeah they get a good bit of the early summer off.

He has the power of gab, and it works on his mom. He can redirect a conversation and win by preventing or at least delaying whatever he was trying to get out of. He has yet to learn that his gab doesn't have that effect on me. That's reserved for knee patch tights or low cut shirts on 30+ yr old women.
