My lunch: Kiehl’s Age Defender Power Serum and some water.

You should mix the serum with a moisturizer and/or sunscreen for best results during the day.

Also, always use the serum when you use sunscreen. Sunscreen really dries out your skin and the serum can help prevent dryness and aging.

I’ve definitely gotten better as I’ve gotten older. My husband is also super competitive so I’ve had to learn to control it a little or we wouldn’t have lasted for 20+ years. It’s funny bc our son isn’t very competitive at all and neither one of us understands it. Drives us crazy
