The plan was to keep it for about a year then sell it and get another. Just love it too much now so it’s a keeper. Tough to speed in it bc it’s such an attraction for cops. I drive much faster in the Escalade than the Vette usually unless I’m out in the wide open.

My family didn't do too much for MG. I missed out on a lot :(

Probably why I love it so much now.

Every year when we head over and pass through Mobile, we laugh and laugh at all their "we did MG first!!!!!" billboards. ZERO desire to ever go to a parade anywhere around here.

That’s so strange. I can’t remember not doing Mardi Gras growing up until I starting marching in the parades for dance.

I don't need it b/c I don't fart, obvi.

and just to get in you and grrrl's chat, our neighbor has a vette. k, that's all I got.

OH WAIT. I did get to see a collection of vette's a couple weeks ago at a friend's house. His dad has a few Indy 500 pacing cars.

No lie. Huge engine but that thing is a tank. Tanks a lot to start and stop that vehicle. Tough adjustment from the BMW SUV that drove like a car. I like being up high to see several cars ahead and it is pretty luxy but that vehicle could be used in a war.

How loud is it? I cringe a little whenever I start it up in the morning for tennis. That car growls

It's funny you say that because I don't rank their slaw very high because it isn't mayo-y enough.

EDIT - Didn't know you had a Corvette too. Look at all of us!

Nice! Is it the big, loud engine C8?

Be careful, I’ve had quite a few cars speed to get in front of me then slam on their brakes to a full stop. Luckily, the car handles on a dime so I haven’t had an accident but not for lack of tries.

What color combo did you get?

Loud C8 indeed.

Hate hearing this. Some folks on the Corvette forums have shared some stories of people being dicks as well. A shame people act like that.

I got the Cacti Green color, and then ended up opting for the satin finish PPF when we got it wrapped for protection. I love the way it came out.

Original, before the wrap:

It's greener than it looks here. Imgur sucks.

Very, very pretty! What color interior?

The C8 is so much fun to drive.

Black interior. Really fun to drive. I am 4'10", though, so I have an adult booster seat I have to sit on.
