Here goes me talking politics. I vote with my pocketbook, and you know what that means. That means lower the capital gains tax now.
Unfortunately, after the last debacle and the frickery associated therewith, I no longer believe my vote even counts and I will not be voting this time. I will rely on my fellow Texans to do the right thing.
That's all I have to say about that.

edit: believe it or not I respect my elders (respectfully using that term) and I follow your counsel because wisdom matters
edit2: I am a disillusioned voter as are many of us
