Absolute bitch flying into Wisconsin but I’d recommend flying into ATW since the Fox Valley has far better amenities for a stay than Green Bay. The trip up 41 to Green Bay is fairly short.

Nurse brought up portion control, which she apparently thinks is a “weird eating disorder” yet practices herself. My husband and I split entrees, and eat on small plates/bowls. We don’t have to work out and buy ridiculously priced bicycles that don’t go anywhere.

I have to work out, finally got my bf% into normal range and don't have to worry as much about heart failure.

I try to eat somewhat healthy and move around but it is certainly not for vanity reasons. I am fully embracing life as a nonna and making the red sauce from scratch. I also want to stay in shape enough to walk around whatever theme park or mountain hikes the grandchildren want to go to
