Yep, crushed up over the top. It's the only way to utilize the protein in pork rinds as it's incomplete collagen protein. The tryptophan in the ground turkey, cottage cheese, and chicken bone broth in the soup help to complete it so the body can fully utilize it.

I have been know to use this as a dip for pork rinds the way some use guacamole on chips. Not like you can let them sit and get soggy, but for things (like sports) where you do not want to leave the couch, it works.
