So now it is 12 ft and not 6ft that keeps you safe??

They have realized that 12' is unpossible so they are going to roll with 6. Once again, none of them know if it is Tuesday or the bottom of the 9th inning so they just fling rules out and hope it works.

At one point, Grandpa Fauci was saying not to wear masks at all.

I know some scientists in Alachua. They are not this inept. For whatever it is worth, I also know the king of bioinformatics.

Well I just lowered my cholesterol AND saved 15% on car insurance... and I'm an idiot that can barely read. And even I know that science changes.

UPDATE: Carter just caught a bite of turkey. Applause please!

I get that, but even a blind hog finds a truffle every now and then. They could occasionally say "I don't know" when they don't.

I'm biased, but I hear that often, but said in phrases like "to the best of our knowledge" and "with the current available data/info"

But I get that we are all predisposed to certain views and do not all consume information from the same sources, hence YMMV.

Does he have a beard? I picture him with a beard and a lumberjack shirt.

Totally has a beard and I bought him a lumberjack shirt when we went to Zion NP and Bryce canyon NP but he does not normally wear one. He does however wear things that could be classified as "log cabin appropriate"

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that water droplets from a sneeze or cough can travel 12 feet is some type of new, groundbreaking scientific information.

So basically he's naked 99% of the time... that's what you're saying?

They are coughing in Pitre dishes from 2' away to see what will happen. (Masked vs unmasked) I would think they would have had those results for at least 80 years.
