I got Jerry Lee's boudin a few weeks ago and think it is better than all the other ones I have eaten in the past year (including Scott and Krotz Springs). I am seriously thinking it is just because I grew up eating it. Other people's thoughts?
Eta: favorite boudin balls are days in Watson and Francis smokehouse in St. Francisville
