No colonoscopies down here. I have done the Colo-guard twice, and they monitor cancer markers in my labs.

RB&R leftovers. Coffee.

If you want to smell like an old man

Use Kirk's Castle soap in the shower
Use Bay Rum as aftershave

I bet I have done the most.
The prep is the worst, after the first poop, you are pissing out your butt for god knows how many hours. Dab with TP then use a bidet or a bowl to rinse and avoid the pain later (too much wiping)
Last couple have been with the memory eraser and not the traditional twilight. One they put it in your vein, the next 3 to 6 hours are wiped, tho you appear to be fully functional to all in the in-between. Take somebody you trust as no telling what you say in those 6 hours and you will not remember.
Best to do clear liquids 2 days out

As to the memory eraser, make sure to have 12 to 24 hours worth of food, and whatever it is, apparently you tell others it is the best food you ever ate, even if you do not remember telling them this.

No lunch, maybe pick something up to go for "Early Bird" dinner

Do not suggest

Insurance companies love them as they are cheap

Too many false positives
Too many false negatives

I had 5 polyps removed and had a lot of blood after.
Not fun. Doctor said all was fine. One polyp was huge too. No cancer though.
I have to get anther in January though.

Yeah I drank chicken both the day before and water but no food. I didn't eat the day of procedure because I felt off and the antibiotics they gave me had me a little sick. I can cheat though. I'm on pd so I just pump a few liters of sugar water in my belly and my mind thinks I'm full.
Then pump it out before bed.

As you get older, you get the "double dip"

In the top first

In the bottom after
