Listen Skillet, when Coach O was first hired, I thought it was a bad hire and I thought Alleva settled and went cheap. He had always been a great recruiter, but had no OC or DC experience, and failed miserably as a head coach.

But I was never a hater, and as time went on, realized he was doing what he promised, hiring great hires and letting them do their thing (Unlike the prior coach).
