Samaritans purse and Here to Serve (htserve.org) are my choices. The latter has a poster here who works with them — alphaandomega is his screen name — are doing great work in Florida (they’re based in Alabama).

Thank you! These organizations are vastly superior to Red Cross on actually helping people who need it.
