I'm eating various leftover crap dishes that someone brought in.
One has caught my attention though. It's like some kind of rice... there's a lemon flavor to it and it has cranberries and feta cheese in it.
I think I like it... but I'm not really sure.

I got some chicken patties from Costco that were not bad. Easy to zap in microwave and eat with some veggies.
Back to watching what I eat. I ate like crap in BR.

I like to buy the 4 pack of turkey burgers from Albertson's and cook them for my lunches during the week. Super easy, cheap and they taste pretty good once seasoned.

We have some too, they are very easy but I cook mine in the oven, not the microwave.

Yeah those. Supposed to be all antibiotic free, blah, blah, blah.
I'll make sandwiches with them as well. Wish I had some now...need to make a Costco run this week.
Btw...your idea yesterday with my family...I just assumed it would not work...crunched numbers...yeah you were totally right. I can fly them all from NOLA to PHX one way(nonstop too) for like $500 on Southwest. So thank you for that
