Carrots, Mixed Vegetable. Greens, Blacken Snapper, Corn Bread.
I had lost 35 pounds from my peak of 245 and leveled out at around 220 for almost 2 years. Unfortunately I've found most of what I lost since I started 14/14 on a high end offshore facility (translation, a couple of really good cooks out here). Started my journey back down yesterday.
I'm 54 years old and lazy with ready access to junk food that I love, y'all pray for me.
Carrots, Mixed Vegetable. Greens, Blacken Snapper, Corn Bread.

I don't know if that's a thing. I just recently saw this girl "bragging" because she got a job working for a Vet and posted "I finally get to wear scrubs to work",
