You gotta clean as you go. I mess up a lotta shite, but as I use it, I wash it and put it back up while I'm standing in the kitchen. The only thing left to clean up are the pots with the food.

I hate dirty dish water so as I dirty a dish, I rinse and put it in the dishwasher and wash when loaded.
