Salad for lunch, and thanks for the reminder to take my claritin!
I haven't had any allergy symptoms in a week or so, so it's really easy to get complacent and forget to take it!

Thank goodness mine have never been beyond the level of an OTC antihistamine. My symptoms are mostly like Aspy's... a horrible headache and maybe sinus congestion, but never runny nose or anything.
Hope everyone feels better! It sucks to feel so crappy when the weather is so beautiful.
