I think you did very well. I wish you tremendous luck on a happy life. You were bitchy in the past for awhile and I don't even come to the OT much. You helped me to see that counseling is not something to be ashamed of; or that is doesn't make anyone "crazy." if needed for any issues. And you reminded me that when people are bitchy they are generally in pain either mentally of physically.

That is a lot easier said than done, but thanks. I was more referencing issues from childhood. I used to think that you should be tough and move forward. Sometimes it is in our subconscience and we may need counseling.
