I know for sure it is this. I'll talk to the dealership when I bring it next week to find out what else is included.
I have to show I followed the maintenance schedule in my owner's manual to keep my extended warranty active, only reason I'm having it done.

I called to verify this as well. The original dealership I purchased at wanted me to follow this crazy maintenance schedule with all kinds of additional stuff I didn't really need, they offered 2 sets of free tires if you followed it. I stopped taking my jeep there cause it's too far from me and the cost of all the unneeded stuff would end up being more than the plain tires they would have provided.
