I fricking hate when recipes say this. Why not say, "Cook to 134 for med-rare or until desired temp."

It's the cooking equivalent of looking up the definition of something and having the same word used in the definition.

Ex. Circular adjective
1. having the form of a circle.

This is actually a fairly solid recipe.

Although I age mine myself and use fresh cracked pepper Medley and crushed Himalayan pink salt, then a Jakob salt to finish.

And I use avocado oil because of the higher smoke point

hey gals, I have this one from Tarte. I've used it only like twice, but it seemed to work well when I went to a hot as balls, muggy outdoor concert a couple weeks ago.

I think I have the travel size. full size is $25

Makeup finishing spray.. Do you spray that on after you applied your makeup.. To keep it from diminishing or something?
