HOUSTON, Oct 8 (Reuters) - The head of Exxon Mobil's (XOM.N) shale oil and gas business, a unit involved in merger talks with rival Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD.N), was arrested at a Texas hotel last week on a sexual assault charge, police said.
David Scott, an Exxon senior vice president who oversees all its shale oil and gas production business, was arrested early Thursday morning at a La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel
in Magnolia, Texas, the Montgomery Sheriff's Office said.

I think part of it is luck of the draw. Genetics and youth.
I grew up on moonshine in grade school and my ancestors made likker. Dude that passed was a cross between Richard Pryor and Red Foxx. Had a hard life but even till the end could laugh about it. We used to embrace and celebrate the folks who were "different" but today cookie cutter boring has become the norm.

Me and my dad were in Vegas and I got us seats right at the stage for Red Foxx cuz my dad had terrible hearing. Anyhoo, Red was awesome and chain smoked thru his entire routine. Ashes even fell on me once
