I go through one of those big bottles every 2-4 weeks here at work. Sometimes if I can't figure out what to cook I'll just make some ground meat and cook it with Crystal hot sauce.

i see. apparently its a cool thing to see. they go so deep that they just leave the equipment down there that they dont use anymore. its too expensive and not worth the hassle to haul it out.
the family/company seems to be very secretive about their whole situation. some article was talking about them owning ungodly amounts of land in south america(i think)

They are actually in the process of re-doing the McIlhenny Tabasco Tour. It may have re-opened but a few months back, we were the last ones to go through the old facility.
