I love some gumbo, but the only crawfish I see down here are peeled and frozen by people that speak Mandarin, also called “Putonghua”. 
A few years back there was a thread about an invasive species of Australian crawfish that had been found in Tejas, with an average weight of 2 lbs. I want those to be cultivated down here.
Today, I am dining on leftover ribs, and freshly made potato salad.
Free the Slagster, and some of the idjits.

Salad from Costco and a water plus a few vitamins.
Oriental Crayfish have weird eyes and they all look alike. But can be tasty if you can avoid the way they smell, like rancid escargot.
