Isn't statewide...but all the cities here it is required.
You still have people that have made it political that refuse though. I just stay clear of them when I see them inside stores, etc.

And it was delicious btw. Not sure where you find those at. The birthday cake Kit Kats you can find at Walgreens and those are also amazing.
