Women are known to get lesser sentences than men for the exact same crime.

Like look at Karla Faye Tucker. She was a literal axe murderer. Yet half the heads of state in the world and half of the politicians in America ended up sending letters to Dubya, then the governor of Texas, begging him not to execute her. Then Dubya executed her after all. When Dubya was running for president the first time, one of the main questions was whether he'd lose the votes of some voters who were upset that he executed Faye.

Yeah but the deal may include he doesn't get life.


Also, NY may not prosecute if this goes through because it considers such to be double jeopardy. Read that in Redstate.

Not a fan of that murderous guy, but same goes for United Health Care and their leadership.

Both are just evil in my view.
