Nocona used to be quality before NAFTA and Justin moved production to Mexico.

That answers my question on Noconas. Is there any comfortable quality outside of TL and Ariat now?

Ariats are my go-to for comfort.
Noted. Don't wear boots that often, but comfort might change that.

Fa sho.
My opinion: They’re uncomfortable. But, my newest pair are my favorite toe of any boot I own. They look great. I only wear them a few times a year, maybe.

Have some black cherry lizard skin for years and recently bought black full quill ostrich.
Very comfortable and precisely sized. It wasn’t until I bought Luccheses that I realized one foot is slightly bigger than the other. Never realized boots could be so comfortable to wear. I wasn’t a boot wearer until I bought my first pair.

Next on my wish list. Cognac, medium square toe. Been searching for years.

Black alligators size 10. Hadn’t worn them in years.
Agree that my brown leather Ariat boots are more comfortable.

Good friend has the gators. Look great but way too stiff on duh feet’s...... he and I have the same size 13 feet and I tried them on. He paid about $500 for them I think and said I can have them for half that. Comfort trumps looks for me so I said no.

You ain’t lying. My wife won’t even help pull them off anymore.

I have a pair of black gator with all the ridges ...
Dress boots for suite and tux.
Lots of ridges and not sensible for daily or casual dress...but I got them specifically for formal dress shoes
Not as comfortable as my 30 plus year pair of elephants....which are for casual

Black. Bought them for formal wear like Thecoz. Wore them to a funeral last month. Longest day standing ever.
