The starting dose is 10mg 30min - 1hour before 
The bottle has concentration of 30mg/mL. Just get a medicine measuring device (syringe or cup) and measure out 1/2 mL. Starting at 15mL is fine, but max dose for this stuff is 20mg in 24 hours. Effects should last up to 36 hours. Also don't use it if you have kidney or liver disease.
If you're too lazy to do that, 1 tsp = 5mL. You can math from there.

Plus its like 1/90th of a bottle anyways. ETA: NM I told him 15 drops, 10 is fine if you use it as needed. Keep in mind that is 10 drops, not 10 full droppers!

It's good stuff - I got mine late Monday and used it for Tuesday night. We were both physically tired so we didn't get to the point where a change of sheets was needed (our optimum result), but I definitely was 100% and performed way better and more aggressively than I would have "sober". I was also ready to go like a champ the next morning and we did the lazy wake up sex ("lazy" not meant to detract from the urgency of my huge throbbing erection).

Once again, I have said over and over and over to talk to a doctor first and get their advice. I don't think anyone is under the assumption I am a medical professional.

People talking about their experience using it is one thing, but I would pause a moment if I were a medical doctor and I told people exactly how to use it, regardless of how casual this place is.
That said, I ain't no rat; just making an observation.
