Pros to Tulane:
Drinking in public is allowed
Can buy alcohol easily at 18
Drugs are more accessible
Tulane frats actually party...hard. Not exclusive
Tulane girls aren't pretentious
more festivals
Better music scene
LSU?
Girls are more proper
LSU football and tailgating
