She worked for the campaign. All she had to do was send an email to a friend she met this summer and get this letter.

Personally wrote her a letter as soon as she got out of the presidential debate and mailed it out immediately.

i don't think it came from her campaign. likely somebody in the state DEM office got permission to send the letter. like i said on last page, i doubt anybody of any substance in the actual HRC campaign wasted any time with an issue in LA (a 100% stone cold dead lock Trump state)

The letterhead and digital signature is real. One of two things occurred and neither are good for Ms. Perkins:
1. She had a file with the letterhead and signature from her time as an intern and wrote the letter herself.
2. She had a contact within the campaign (local office, mid-level staffer she worked with) write a letter.
