I went to LSU for two degrees and have a son there now. LSU, not unlike other flagship state colleges, offers pretty much any program would could imagine taking, including accounting.

Your education at LSU is a result of what you put into it. I recommend it just as I am comfortable with most national universities.

FACT

You go to Harvard/MIT/Ivy League to audition to become one of the American 'elite'.

Everything below that level is just simply credentialing, to prove to employers that you can finish a degree and learn a couple of skills. Pay as little as possible.

Undergrad from LSU, Master's degree from USL. Baton Rouge is a shithole now so I would say no. My kid went to LA Tech due to hating Baton Rouge so much.

No. LSU is in shambles. It has boosted its enrollment to the highest ever and doesn't have the infrastructure to support it. Not only that, but they're having trouble retaining qualified positions.

Will be a shite show in coming years without a restructure
