I always heard if you got hit by an LSU vehicle while in a crosswalk LSU would pay for your tuition. Worth a shot to jump in front of a couple of trucks.

Another student would know there is about 100% chance of encountering a pedestrian at those crosswalks at 8 a.m. You have to be a pretty big moron to be blasting through there at that time (or any other, but especially then).

The crosswalk on Tech Drive was always entertaining when I was there. That was back when Nielsen and Caruthers where across the street so there was constant traffic back and forth and confrontations with cars.
