He's an lsu season ticket holder and i would be shocked if these aren't related to that.

He also donated his 6 tix and parking pass for Florida game to raise funds for a non profit.

Why would this be limited to Louisiana anyway? Other states probably give this perk to their legislators

Most do not. They have to pay for them.

Daryl is a freshman Rep from Jackson, La. his family has owned a store there for decades. Not sure about his party affiliation.
