I think that’s the same guy who recorded himself telling the Chinese lady at the Donaldsonville restaurant that he didn’t want dog meat. He then posted it and people gave him hell for it.

Not yet still looking but narrowed it down to three.
And yes I'll admit now that it was posted twice before. I searched for Napoleonville and Bluebell and both came up empty.
