I never could figure out how that law could be constitutional. Can they outlaw that but not more revealing outfits like bikinis and such?

Is it lawful to walk around in underwear? If so, as much as it is deplorable, it shouldn't be against the law to sag.

I never really understood why people would grab their nuts while they were walking or even standing. I really thought they needed to piss real bad. What's the real reason? Honestly never knew.

Btw, that's the beauty of the local government: If they pass stupid and overreaching laws like this, then we can protest in the street right off the curb of their front lawn. You're held far more accountable when you've got to grocery shop with the mf'ers that hate your guts.
