Talking about the exam is probably the worst thing you can do.

Good luck to you guys. I took it in the summer of 1983 but remember it like it was yesterday. Take care of business this week and get ready to do some serious partying Friday night when it is all over.

Un fricking believable it's a 3 day exam, they test you on all that shite, and LA still doesn't do the Multi state portion. People really don't understand what a beast this test is.

I found the MS Bar Exam just as difficult. Maybe even moreso

Now that NY went pussy-up and transitioned into a UBE jx, California & LA are easily the most difficult bar exams. FL has to be up there, too.

What do you mean? For mental health purposes?

And they don't allow conditioning anymore. It seems cruel to not allow that to the poor souls spending all those hours taking the exam.
Good luck everybody.

the multiple choice on code iii were ridiculous. Maybe I was too fatigued at that point to process anything, but talk about a complete and utter deviation from every other multiple choice available on the old exams
Posted on 7/20/15 at 7:39 pm to lsucoonass
8 of the 9 exams are roughly 80% essay/short answer and 20% multiple choice. The only exam that has never had multiple choice is Con Law. Although lately, LA Civil Pro has become almost entirely short answer.

Agreed. Thank god I did that section first...otherwise, I would not have had anything left in the tank to decipher those mini fact patterns.
