You think gang injunctions stopped gang banging? Cost of living is stopping gang banging. Even the worst of the worst hoods cost 2000 a month to live in. Why risk lawsuits when the bad are being priced out anyway.

Um, no. When was the last time your were down near Nickerson Gardens or drove through Watts? They are all still there. Hell, the gangsters in Santa Monica are there still. How the hell are they paying rent? They sell drugs.

Yeah it’s only going to get worse unless those places gentrify, which they probably won’t.
The high cost of living will only inspire the youth to participate in gang activity.
