I have a cold tub and I'm sitting there looking at it and I'm thinking, damn it, they made about 3 grand plus off of me.

That I could make and make it look nice.

Carpentry though, is not my thing at all. It would look like a homeless shelter if I built it.

coscto

the infrared heat ones are around $2k (or less) and frequently go on sale. we put one in the bathroom at our old house and i loved that thing. i would bring a book in there with me and sweat it out for 45 minutes.

eta also, if it say '2 person' its one person. if it says '3 person', its '2 person'

here's the one we got from costco at our old house. it was listed as '3 person' and cost $1300. we rarely got in it together, but 2 people was the max that would fit in that thing.

Have friends in snowy Iowa who love their Morzh tent sauna. They may be hard to find other than ebay due to Russian sanctions. Well insulated and roomy. They added wood benches and indoor/outdoor carpet. Easy to unzip and jump out for a cool-off break in the snow or pool, then back in the sauna. We're thinking about one and wish we had it for the upcoming S. LA snowmageddon.

I'd pass on the Temu model...

No. check the power requirements on that circuit. Just 110.

Built several when lived in Alaska. I love saunas but can’t imagine using one all year here in Louisiana. Been seeing a lot of reviews of these lately

Amazon

I have a nasty burn on my knee from a steam generator from years ago. Don’t take it for granted.

Not familiar with morzh, but you could get the same setup with one of the insulated Eskimo ice fishing tents.
