You could probably buy a bracket remover, but you’ll be left with awful remnants of composite. Methinks the train tracks are the infinitely more comfortable choice.

I have full metal brackets, top and bottom. My teeth have been perfectly straight for almost a year. I don’t give a shite about a slight overbite. I just want to eat sunflower seeds again.

I feel ya... I’ve got ceramic on top and metal on bottom.
The aesthetics of the ceramic was rendered moot during my last visit when they put wire around the brackets of my central incisors for what should have been a few weeks.
I’ve still got a ways to go but that was definitely a kick in the self esteem pants.

My husband thinks it would be safer to google what qualifies as an orthodontic emergency instead of how to rip them off by myself.
