Wow. Considering the different environments needed to do each of those jobs, it blows my mind one product does it.

Does it do well at each of those? Or better at some than others?

I ask because I have the Instant Pot and don't touch it. Need to give it away to someone just like I did my never-used KitchenAid stand mixer that I had for 3 years.

My mom keeps trying to pawn her air fryer off on me and I say no because I know I won't touch it. Crock pot, don't touch it.

The only device outside of the traditional stove/oven I use it the sous vide. And that's only occasionally.
