That and soda. My wife did the iProtein diet and she did fine on it. She didn't have much to lose but I can't see doing that long term. We walk every morning and that helped as well.

Best of luck! You did it before, so you know you can do it!

Beer was sooo hard to give up, but I haven’t had any this year. I’ve lost... a prime number... of pounds

The orthodontist recommended against ceramic on top because I grind my teeth while asleep. That could cause scratches on top with ceramic.

So I’ll be full metal bracket.

I've blown it out this weekend.

Chocolate ice cream with cocoa pebbles.

Start IF again tomorrow. With low carb.

Luckily i hate soda and most sweets, it’s the damn alcohol that’s hard. I don’t get drunk often but I can drink a ridiculous amount and still be fine, which doesn’t help.

That and i’m In my truck all day and that Lends itself to snacks and gas station food.

It’ll just take discipline and exercise. Luckily I love veggies

You can do it man. Stay with it and it won't take long before you really start noticing the changes.
Not just physically, but emotionally as well.

Y'all have a good evening.

Cutting everything out I can. Beer has to go. (And frick I probably have 5 cases of different stuff worth on deck. The perils of having a full bar.) carbs are gone, green veggies and lean meats as much as I can.

I just made 100 lbs of sausage too.

I’ll have to have cheat days where I can cook for people or i’ll Go insane

Intermittent fast. After 12 hours of fasting, do some exercise of some sort. Doesn't have to be crazy even. Afterwards, you'll taste a "bitter"(not really bitter but that's the closest taste I can describe but it doesn't taste bad) in the back of your mouth. That seems to be HGH or another hormone produced when the action is happening. That taste is better than any food taste you can ever put in your mouth at the time. You absolutely know your body is dropping fat by simply existing, and the results will show up.

Accompanying that taste, I have noticed a damn near inability to get sore from working out. I was sore for the first time in a while for the last couple days because I stopped the IF for the weekend after a "concert" and going hard for 8 hours with wifey on and off my shoulders. When i get sore, i just IF again and it all gets better.

Seriously, the way we've all been programmed to eat(3 meals a day, food pyramid) has destroyed us as men. It is proof that government does not have our best interest in mind with "guidance."

So what’s the solution?

Lower carbs, more meat, fat, and salads. Flip the food pyramid upside down.

Eat no calories for about 16 hours a day, and exercise a little bit(or a lot) during that time... I prefer the last 4 or 5 hours. I work out about 15 to 20 min a day. I feel better than ever, and look better than ever.

Basically, simulate natural conditions. We have never had refrigerators. We didn't have much food until we would find and/or kill something. Our bodies aren't supposed to have food available all the time. We have all been conditioned to think that our bodies will be unhealthy unless we give it energy all day.
