I core the apples and pears.

I will say if you want a lemon pie smoothie:

Sugar free jello cheesecake mix
Greek yogurt
A little honey
Two graham crackers
Milk
Vanilla protein powder
And...an entire lemon.

You have to have a decent blender for that one.

I have tried numerous brands and ones with fruit, etc.

Still just don't like it. It's a texture thing. I feel like I'm eating spoon fuls of baby vomit.

Try Oikos triple zero flavors banana cream or coconut cream. No fat, added sugar, or artificial sweeteners.
Add about one Tbsp of whipped cream in the container and mix it up. Yum!

Again..it's a texture thing.

Greek yogurt has texture of a bowl of curdled formula vomit from a baby. I can't get over that. Same as cottage cheese(makes me nauseated to even type that nasty stuff).

I'm big on texture stuff. It's why I will not eat mushrooms or eggplant or olives. All slimy and fricking nasty.

Both of those help you lose weight.

But if you can eat three double fiber tortillas in a sitting, I'd be surprised.

And that's like 55 grams of fiber. Anything in you is coming out.

Only way I can eat it and not want to vomit is when it's cooked in something.

My mom always had it in her lasagna, wasn't horrible cause it was cooked.

I agree. I've never been a foot person. That's one fetish I won't ever get.

My husband is the same way. I would never actually ask him for a foot rub cause he is sooooo not a foot person.
