That's four strawberries, handful of grapes, two bananas, two kiwi, a pear, two apples, a cup of kale, and half a cup of blue berries. And the zest of one lemon.

With the kiwi peel and strawberry stems coupled with that amount of fiber... It's a gut bomb.

Tastes awesome though. Makes about 44 ounces.
