Yeah I been slacking as well... Been hitting the bike for my cardio due to my ankle still being jacked from the wreck 13 months ago 
Gained 10-12 lbs just the last 4 weeks just from drinking and eating like a boss but still straight on the physique I suppose... Need to start hitting it hard though.

Yeah... Crazy she has a memory like she does and she told me some stories about myself that I forgot completely.... Any hoot... She was looking smoking as frick and kept telling me I need to quit dating these crazy American chicks... Not sure if she was saying she was single or not but I need to do some facebeezy stalking. She said and told me to come see her when I'm out there. Will be out in the burbs Fri too
