No Rebel, pioneer, Liz it's like hit or miss up in here.
My days off suck now I have new carpet coming to be installed on Friday morning, painting, finishing shite around the house that I should have finished years ago. All this so I can be inconvenienced for months while trying to sale my house. Oh joy.

My gf says this all the time. She had one in Tampa. In my community we have 2 splash water parks and 4 satellite pools in each separate neighborhood and 2 Olympic pools that we can use with our community ID cards. We play CDD fees every year for this. Oh and by the way the ocean is 7 mins from our house. WE AIN'T GETTING NO STINKING POOL

It does get hot in Gainesville but you guys aren't to far from some of those cold arse springs. Jump in one of those and this happens

I love tubing on the springs! My SO is not a big fan of it, unfortunately

Yep spoiled I say. I got Disney annual passes also but we mostly just do epcot now. I grew up in Louisiana and did alot of outdoor stuff but life is a whole lot better now.

We haven’t spent a lot of time at the theme parks, but we’re meeting friends at Universal next weekend actually
