i don’t typically fall asleep until about 2-230am even though i try to go to sleep at 11 every night.

Yeah shutting things down for the day is tough- I am terrible about staying up all night. And we’re an hour ahead here

I’m calling a sleep doctor tomorrow. Do sleep doctors exist?
I was a zombie yesterday and fell asleep at 9pm. My son woke up at 1145 and I got him back in bed immediately. Almost 3 hours later, and I’m still no where near falling back asleep. So over this.

Strings, have you tried working on your sleep hygiene? I think a doc is going to ask you about that and send you home to work on it. Maybe you’re stressed?
