thats b/c that is one of the dumbest fricking things you can do.... all it takes is one slip and you no longer can move your hand and or fingers b/c you lacerated all of your tendons. people are stupid, all in the name of trying to be cool and cut your cast off. grow up, quit being a baby and keep the thing on.

yup.... i worked ortho and orthro trauma for almost 6 years. i've seen his kind come and go.

I used a hacksaw on one in high school. It was harder than it sounds.
Also, I should've left it on another week or two. The limb feels strong inside the cast, until it's not.
