How did that brisket that S left out all night turn out?

He was me drinking so I'll take half the blame for that

Types of wood chunks, lump charcoal, how far to keep the food from the smoke, temperature, ands when to lay on the BBQ sauce we're my starting points.

I now make my own BBQ sauce which I'm still working on.

It's all about patience IMO.

I need to move over to pork. I smoke a ham for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter every year that my family seems to like.

I'll sign up. I know the basics and I can do chicken really well.

TB08, that was just chuck roast in a crockpot. It didn't kill anyone..

I know the basics. I'm just obsessed with cooking of all kinds. When I would go to my grandmother's house she had chocolate mousse and creme caramel in the fridge. No Chips a'Hoy and milk..

My wife has been really into doing different crock pot recipes lately. I'm not sure if it's out of laziness or not but it's been pretty good most of the time.

Not gonna lie...

I love my crock pot. It's helpful when spending all my time at the barn.

I cooked it for my sister and it was the first time I have used one. She got one and I tried it out for her. TB08 is good friends with my sister and BIL.

It has its place to have dinner ready with a busy schedule.

That doesn't sound like a good idea.
