There’s always been lots of cheating with each other’s wives in the dept. (from what I know from years ago) & it wouldn’t surprise me if the Perkins led that lifestyle but what I know of Ard & his family he is not like that

Perkins was a PERV multiple people have stated. To be close friends with someone like that you have to accept and be ok those behaviors. So.. you might be shocked at the things on video.

I didn’t trust Ard as a Sheriff when I was around them, I’ve been around LP deputies for many years & I know the vast majority are trash
