Under 13 it is 1st-degree rape which carries life in LA the law still reads life or death but the death portion has been ruled unconstitutional.

That’s tough to approach even under your own terms. Can’t imagine that being forced on me because my daughters teacher was arrested for it.

This day and age, I'm not sure any answer would be sufficient. I'm sure the school will be abuzz today with more rumors and gossip that we'll have to deal with this week.

Does anyone have some screen shots of posts on her open FB page for those that don't do FB? Many comments here are making reference to the page being open and regarding the comments being made. I am sure there are others interested in what is being said.

Basically that they're scum, going to burn in hell, sick people, hope they get raped, etc. There's others urging to think about the kids of the couple before posting such vile stuff, etc.
