Still waiting to hear if this dude had virtual machines on any of his computers. His syslog activity on SSL transfers is probably the only real way to know if he was on the path to start procuring and producing. Or maybe he already was.
Not trying to be a smartarse or anything, but that's probably the sneakiest way to encrypt data for individual transfer.
Update: Damn, this dude had his house wired like one of Epsteins places. Cameras in every room. As per the podcast. No wonder no one wants him to see trial.

Its worth listening to.
I just listened, definitely not worth the time to me. Just a couple cops rambling on for an hour making excuses for themselves and Ard for how they had the wool pulled over their eyes. They even make it a point to say they knew he would stick his dick in anything, constantly made jokes about his deviant behavior, and even gave him a nickname making fun of his dick.
They also downplayed the BR cops complaint saying his actions in 2011 were not a tip off for deviant behavior.
Bunch of bullshite, I am sorry I even gave them a click.

can't say I don't somewhat agree. It was definitely a bunch of lip service for Ard and the LPSO on how they all want to kill the guy.
But at the same time, they admitted they knew this dude was a sex maniac and this dude put a camera in every room of his house. I mean even if it's not kids that's some serious attempt at voyeurism. He had friends, he bragged about that set up to someone.
Also how secure were the cameras, wireless or closed circuit?
And for the record this isn't hating, this is asking honest questions that need answers. It's on the levity of the department and those who knew his of his mania.
People are people, it doesn't matter what uniform, hat, jewelry, or what they wear. There are good people and there are bad people regardless of what they wear because it's what they decide to do that makes it that way.

Exactly this. Just listened and that’s literally all they did. Discussed their tightly bonded brotherhood and made excuses. The terrible audio also made me cringe through it. Not worth the time.

Police are trained to admit nothing, deny everything and make counter accusations. Both of the hosts openly brag that they, Denny Perkins and Jason Ard are all former SRT. They proudly admit that the SRT brotherhood is stronger than that of regular police. There is the head of the snake. They will NEVER criticize each other. Even when a BRPD Officer forewarned them about Perkins.

I’m confused
The podcast guy is a master detective with a nose for crime
Does he say in all his life experience detecting crimes when confronted with accusations was a simple question to the suspect ‘did you do it’ good enough for him? Ever?

Apparently, “I didn’t do it” was good enough for Ard. They all blame the EBR deputy for not filing a formal written complaint. I would think that going to the Sheriff would be formal enough to at least open an IA investigation then maybe they would have figured him out. But nope, they’re like family so if Perkins didn’t do it then that must mean he didn’t do it.

They keep talking about the brotherhood and the deputy doing whats right. I dont know if that means epstein himself or plea guilty. Would a plea help everyone he has dirt on, or has been in his home escape it from getting out?

Well he didn’t write it down

Overton mentioned in the podcast how “pissed off” Ard looked at the press conference. Well yeah he was pissed off. One of his BFFLs outsmarted them all supposedly and now he has to figure out a way to cover up this mess. Even though he’s the Sheriff... I remember him saying in the presser for everyone to basically stop looking at him and focus on Perkins.
If he goes to trial he most likely would throw everything out there. So a plea may help. I think that either way, it will all come out eventually

With all the evidence against him, the notoriety of the crime, and the minimum sentence involved, he would have to make one hell of a plea deal to get out of LWOP.
Serving up Ard and the rest of the LPSO would be a minimum IMHO.

The buck stops with the sheriff... until it doesn’t. What an incompetent douche.

Lol, he admits that he got the wool over his eyes. this dude isn't a master detective and all that NCIS has rotted your brain.

That's certainly what they are hoping. I don't want it to happen that way because then they can frame the narrative how ever they want. Credible word on the street is that a picture is out there of Denny and Ard that would be pretty damning. I can't wait to see the podcast when that drops.
Then we can hear how they had the wool pulled over their eyes when they admitted they knew he was a sex maniac and the photo is out there.

Is that where they’re holding each other’s balls? I don’t see how that’s damning.

Move your thoughts a little higher and think more "Requiem for a Dream"

Yet none of them had a single problem with this guy when there was evidence of him planting drugs and falsely arresting people. Nope, good cop, one of our brothers! Nothing to see here!

That’s an ends justify the means mentality.

I believe that Perkins would throw them all under not just to help himself but because what does he have to lose? If he’s going down why wouldn’t he take them all with him?
