His mouth was blue or green, like VERY blue or green in one of his videos. Same video one of his eyes was dilated gigantic and the other was normal. He's definitely not well.
And to echo others here... Rogan would obliterate him, and he just doesn't understand that. Joe stands to gain nothing by acknowledging any of this weirdness.

Actually, that is an injury from him doing some dumb shite with bands. Almost lost that eye. Some think that injury has lead to him being even crazier now.

When I was watching the Netflix documentary I remember the kids looking like they couldn't believe they were being forced to do all that stupid shite, and wanted to run away. However, they were also torn in that they had a shite pile of money and cool stuff.
