That's exactly what happened. They try to avoid the ghetto in an effort to pretend that white misdemeanor bullshite is the worst crime they have in these areas.
Hell, in Richland they once rolled up on a dead black dude in his front yard. Now you're lucky to see them even sniff those areas.
